從 2026 年 11 月 3 日 開始, 加拿大將提高擁有工作邀請或符合加拿大工作經驗、且從事 186 種較高薪資職業之一的候選人在永久居民（PR）甄選中的優先級別。同時，候選人工作邀請將不再需要勞動市場影響評估（LMIA）。
如果快速通道（Express Entry）候選人的工作邀請或加拿大工作經驗所對應的職業，達到或超過加拿大全國職業工資中位數的 1.3 倍、1.5 倍或 2 倍，就可以獲得額外的綜合排名系統（CRS）分數，最高可達 100 分。CRS 分數越高，申請人獲得永久居民申請邀請（ITA）的可能性就越大。
加拿大移民、難民和公民部（IRCC) 部長 Lena Diab 在 2026 年 10 月 16 日宣佈了以上改革政策。
IRCC通過 CRS 新增的一個評分部分——勞動力市場融合因素（Labour Market Integration Factor，LMIF）——為符合條件的候選人加分。
LMIF 分為兩個部分：
• 高薪工作邀請：最高可獲得 100 分。
• 高薪加拿大工作經驗：最高可獲得 70 分。
申請人只會獲得這兩個評分部分中較高的一個分數，不會把兩項分數相加。
一、高薪工作邀請可以獲得多少 CRS 加分？
根據申請人的職業所達到的工資倍數，按照符合條件的最高檔次加分。

全國職業工資中位數的 1.5 倍 70 分

例如，如果某職業的全國工資中位數為每小時 45 加元，那麼對應的工資門檻（以下衹是計算示例，實際申請時必須以移民部公佈的相應職業工資標準為準）：

二、高薪加拿大工作經驗可以獲得多少分？
如果申請人在符合條件的加拿大職業中，擁有至少 12 個月的全職工作經驗，就可能獲得額外 CRS 分數。這 12 個月的工作經驗可以來自一個或多個職業，但必須符合相關要求。

申請人仍然衹能獲得 LMIF 兩個評分部分中較高的一項分數。
三、申請人需要做什麼？
1. 擁有符合條件的高薪工作邀請
申請人需要在自己的 Express Entry 個人檔案中更新必要的工作邀請信息。
盡管新政策不再要求 LMIA，申請人在更新工作邀請時，仍需要按照移民部的在線操作說明，選擇自己擁有有效的 LMIA（positive LMIA）這一選項。這屬於系統操作要求，並不代表申請人必須實際取得 LMIA。
2. 已經擁有符合條件的加拿大工作經驗
如果申請人現有的 Express Entry 檔案中已經填寫了符合條件的加拿大工作經驗，IRCC 將自動重新計算相應的額外分數。申請人應檢查自己的個人檔案，確保職業、工作職責和工作經驗等資料準確無誤。
四、如何判斷自己的職業是否符合高薪標準？
IRCC 已經公佈了一個新的官方網頁，名稱為「高薪職業及其評估方式」（High-wage occupations and how we assess them），頁面於 2026 年 10 月 16 日上線。
IRCC 會參考過去三年的職業工資數據，確定每種職業所對應的最高工資倍數。數據來源包括：
• 加拿大 Job Bank 就業銀行；
• 勞動力調查（Labour Force Survey）；
• 加拿大人口普查（Census of Population）。
職業的認定主要依據實際工作職責，而不是單純看職位名稱。 IRCC 會根據工作邀請中列出的職責，判斷其對應的加拿大國家職業分類（NOC）。因此，即使職位名稱相同，如果工作職責不同，也可能對應不同的 NOC 代碼。
五、哪些職業可以獲得額外 CRS 分數？
職業是否符合資格，主要取決於其國家職業分類代碼（NOC）以及移民部對該職業工資水平的評估。
